I was incredibly lucky to work with Didier before there was even a Peach Remodeling, and they will always be my go-to contractors. Here's why:
•High quality work - his teams are excellent professionals and make sure the job is finished with high quality, even when it was something that I didn't think was a big deal. So I know that when it IS something I think is a big deal, the job will be done right.
•Fair costing - they will let you know exactly what to expect re: costing, and are transparent with supply costs - no hidden markups. Didier is also transparent about letting you know which areas you can adjust to moderate cost, and where you absolutely can't in order to maintain the quality of the job. He's up front that others may give a lower quote, but he will point out the areas you can't skimp if you want a solid final product.
•Expert advice - I'm the kind of person who knows what I want, but also realize I don't have the industry expertise to always know what will or won't work. Didier is excellent about listening to what I want, pointing out areas where there may be challenges, and working with me to pull together an end result that I'm happy with. I've had other contractors try and change my plan because it would be challenging, instead of talking through the challenges to find a workable solution.
•Communication - Didier stays in touch every step of the way, and checks in in-person to make sure that things are running smoothly. If he runs into any sort of an issue, he'll let you know immediately and will come with possible solutions. It's not realistic to expect everything to run perfectly 100% of the time, but what's important is consistent and transparent communication and finding solutions, and that's what I appreciate.
